anyone who loved the smell of "beach" flowers... ( Not sure quite which flowers or even what theyre called .. I just happen to rememberthe scent of them at the beach when i was growing up)
we spent a ton of time picnic'ing, and spending time on air matresses on the lake whe i was growing up. This scent is reminiscent of those times.

Oatmeal Protein Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Oatmeal Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp PB2 (optional)
2 tsp Cinnamon 
2 Egg Whites
1/4 cup Apple Sauce
splash Vanilla Extract

Toppings:
Peanut Butter, Cookie Butter, Blueberries, Honey, Bananas

This is a fabulous  Low fat HIGH protein breakfast

NYX Narcissist & Fucshia Lip Products for Spring & Summer!

 These 2 lip products are some serious Oh my god products! 
First off, I bought the NYX Fucshia Lip pencil probably a year ago now? .. i tried it and like most my new things tossed i t in my makeup drawer til i find that "need" to use it. 

AND... Of course... Like all the rest, I forget about them !ugh! 
Ok, so today i re-discovered this lip pencil while trying to find in my beauty "stash" the perfect HOT pink lip! 
Found the pencil , then right after that ran into ( in the same drawer of lost lip products)  my NYX Narcissist. such a sweet pink color. 
I started lining my lips with the Fucshia pencil and decided it was just HOT enough to color the whole lip in with. there.. done! 
Lacking that"sweetness" I reached for my Narcissist, and applied just to the inner pout top n bottom. 
 Voila! 
The perfect Hot Pink Fucshia Spring summer Lippie ! 

Iv'e done it! 
Rush out and grab these ladies! They're a must have for many months to come!

Starburst Mirror DIY Project ~

Ok... so, I am proving to be quite the craftyKathy ( No, My name is not Kathy)  I  have to say... when i start a project, I really weigh out the work opposed to the "use" of the project. If it wont get used... or will end up in the recycle bin, I dont make it. I want to get use out of what i create. I always wished I had "Artistic" talent like all 3 of my sisters. I mean TALENTED! My grandmother was a painter, My father Clearly had talent (sketching mostly) My sisters all have  the artist talent. Me...? I have mastered the stick man or stick "figure". My art teacher in high school used to ask me .."Lana, why dont you stop messing around!? You MUST have talent! Your sisters are SOOOOO talented!" 
Hmmm.. yes, I am still bitter to this day over those statements/questions as to why i was so utterly UN talented. 
So... ( sorry for the rambling) ... My point to this lengthy story was..I kinda like crafting . ( Hate the word Crafting) Reminds me of Scrapbooking, but im not that kinda crafter.. ( no offence to scrapbookers) ok.. I think its time i stopped.
