Oatmeal Protein Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Oatmeal Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp PB2 (optional)
2 tsp Cinnamon 
2 Egg Whites
1/4 cup Apple Sauce
splash Vanilla Extract

Toppings:
Peanut Butter, Cookie Butter, Blueberries, Honey, Bananas

This is a fabulous  Low fat HIGH protein breakfast 
Yummy!
